The cottage has been carefully renovated to ensure it retains all its original character. The traditional vee-lined ceilings and walls have been maintained throughout. The property is centrally heated by electric storage heaters, which is capable of heating all the rooms, even in the most adverse weather. There are also 'coal-effect' electric stoves in the original stone fireplaces in the sitting room and the main bedroom.
The cosy sitting room has two double settees, rocking chair, drop leaf dining table and four chairs. There is a colour TV with DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped to cater for all your needs. It has modern units, an electric cooker and hob, refrigerator, microwave, toaster and electric kettle.
The bathroom contains a WC, washbasin and a 9KW electric shower. The entrance hall has plenty of room for hanging coats and storing shoes and boots. Off the hall are the two bedrooms, one having a double bed and the other bunk beds. The property has beautiful scenic views across to the mainland. All linen and towels are provided. The house will accommodate a family of four very comfortably.
